Laurie Morrison Van Ness is a licensed Real Estate Agent with REAL Broker, LLC in North Carolina. Her main area of service is The Cape Fear Region of NC aka Wilmington, and Leland and Bolivia and surrounding areas.  

Laurie has four adult entrepreneurial children, two of whom are accomplished, successful real estate investors and mentors who encouraged and mentored her to begin her own real estate business, Loyalty Real Estate, LLC.  

Laurie is a former caregiver to a parent living with dementia and has since become the published author of "That Dang Dementia!"  and is also a former Girl Scout Leader of twelve years and HUD Certified Housing Counselor. 

Laurie‘s past endeavors, love for people and desire to help others make everyone feel like family thus resulting in her loyal commitment and motivation as a realtor.

Laurie has five grandchildren, loves to travel, and is a diehard Pittsburg Steeler Fan!
